The hotel
The hotel will be managed by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Announced plans include five restaurants and bars, a ballroom and meeting facilities, a Spa at Mandarin Oriental, a fitness centre, and a large pool area with a waterfront pool club. The announced design team is KPF for the architecture and Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel for the interiors.
The residences
The residential building holds 230 apartments. The announced design team is Moshe Tzur Architects for the architecture and Michael Vincent Uy (MVUY) for the interiors.
Residents have access to the hotel’s facilities, together with amenities of their own:

- A health and fitness centre
- A triple-height oxygen garden and a boxing ring
- Private yoga and Pilates studios
- Spa suites

Location
The development faces the sea on the Tel Aviv-Yafo waterfront, with the beach at its door. It sits within the Tel Aviv luxury real estate market, close to the beachfront towers of the Port area.
