Lagoon Towers is a pair of residential towers on the seafront promenade of Netanya’s South Beach, completed in 2017. At completion they were reported as the tallest towers in the city.

The building
Two towers stand directly on Netanya’s seafront promenade, on South Beach. When they were completed in 2017 they were reported as the tallest residential towers in the city. Apartments face the sea and, on higher floors, take in the city skyline as well.
What residents have
The towers have a lobby, an outdoor pool, a fitness centre, outdoor common areas, a children’s playroom, a residents’ club, 24-hour security and underground parking. Some listings also note fast elevators and a Shabbat elevator.
Reported sales
In 2013, before the towers had even been completed, a unit in the development was reported as the most expensive apartment sold in Netanya that year, at NIS 8.58 million. Listings for individual apartments give a sense of the range: a merged 320 sqm unit on a high floor of the north tower, with a 70 sqm terrace and direct sea views, has been marketed at around $4.45 million, while smaller apartments in the building have listed well below that. These are reported and marketing figures, not confirmed prices, and vary with floor, size and condition.

A seafront tower on South Beach suits a buyer who wants full building services without being in the centre of Tel Aviv.
