David Promenade Residences is a 28-floor residential tower on the Tel Aviv waterfront, standing between the Hilton and the David InterContinental hotels and connected to The David Kempinski hotel next door. The building
The tower has a glass facade and full-height glass screens, with large balconies facing the sea. Some units have terraces of more than 40 sqm. A glass walkway links the residential lobby to the hotel.
The architects are Feigin Architects, the firm that also designed the adjoining hotel. The interiors were created by ARA Design Consultants of London, in a contemporary urban style.
What residents have
The residential building has its own amenities: an elegant lobby, a fitness room, a swimming pool, a Finnish sauna, four elevators and a 24-hour concierge.
Residents can also use the facilities of The David Kempinski on an à la carte basis. These include the spa, the restaurant, the hotel pool, a hairdresser and a VIP lounge.
The David Kempinski hotel
The David Kempinski Tel Aviv opened in April 2022. It is a 34-storey five-star hotel with more than 200 rooms and suites, a seafront pool on the fifth floor, and the Okoa spa with 11 treatment rooms. Its restaurants and bars include Sereia, which focuses on fish, and The Common, a cigar and whisky bar.
Reported sales
The building has set price records for Tel Aviv. In 2021 Globes reported the sale of a 680 sqm penthouse for NIS 108 million to a foreign resident. In 2022 the Times of Israel reported that two families each paid about NIS 88 million for 438 sqm penthouses on floors 24 and 25, each with 145 sqm of terraces. These are reported figures, not confirmed prices, and units differ widely in size, floor and condition.
