Reporting from April 2026 put Briga Blue Bay’s average price at about NIS 60,000 per sqm, roughly a third of comparable beachfront prices in Tel Aviv and Herzliya, where prices run around NIS 200,000 per sqm. Israel has only about 60 kilometres of its 200-kilometre coastline available for construction, and reporting describes beachfront supply as increasingly scarce, with demand shifting toward Netanya as buyers look for remaining opportunities before prices rise further.
