The building
La Vie Tower is a glass tower of 26 storeys on David HaMelech Street, a short walk from Independence Square. It holds only 32 apartments, which puts it at a far lower density than the larger towers along the Netanya coast. The apartments face the Mediterranean, with a clear view along the Sharon coastline.
The developer describes a mix of smaller apartments and larger family homes, with penthouses at the top.
What residents have
The tower combines the residences with a business hotel on the lower floors. According to the developer, residents have access to the hotel’s indoor pool, gym and brasserie restaurant.
The location
Independence Square is the central square of Netanya and has been the heart of the city since the British Mandate period. It was renovated as an interactive square in 2013, with LED screens, water shows and a large central fountain, and it connects directly to the seafront promenade.
Herzl Street, the city’s main shopping street, begins at the square and runs east toward the Sharon Mall. Restaurants, cafes and synagogues are within walking distance. The tower sits on Netanya’s hotel strip, so the beach is close and the street has an established, year-round life.
